Chaperone Policy

Any under 16s will need to be accompanied by a chaperone.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure that we can run a smooth business and accommodate as many clients as possible, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel a treatment.

• •Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance: £10 late cancellation fee
• •Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: Full charge applies

Exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Appointment Reminders

Reminders of appointments made will be provided. By accepting the appointment verbally, digitally or physically you are agreeing to these terms and conditions as stated.

Payment

Card or bank transfer payments preferred. Cash can be accepted if required.

Weekend and late night appointments will require full payment in advance.

Health & Safety

I am not a medical doctor and am not qualified to make a medical diagnosis. There are some conditions that will prevent treatments so for therapist and client safety a health questionnaire will be given on your first appointment.

Reflexology treatments can be performed in clients' homes as a very special request at an additional cost for travel.
